Credentials and Experience:
- Associates degree in Information Technology.
- Two years related experience or

- Programming experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:.
- Work with a variety of IT applications.
- Maintain and update our current operating systems.
- Maintain and improve in-house custom programs.
- Work with our Data Base Programmer on various projects.
- Phone System maintenance and administration.
- Location and Event diagramming is a plus.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Skilled in use of personal computer and a variety of software.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and remote desktop operations.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Ability to resolve unique problems.
- Knowledge of CAD systems, Foxpro or equivilent a plus.
- Knowledge of Vectorworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, GoLive, FTP a plus.

Inside Sales / Showroom Manager/ Santa Barbara, CA:
Job summary: Seeking creative, outgoing individual w/sales ability, event planning experience, computer and organizational skills. This individual must be responsible, self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Credentials and Experience
- Associates degree with courses in office administration or event administration.
- Two years related experience in event rentals and/or event administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist Outside Sales Team with data entry of rental contracts.
- Answer telephones/e-mails and provide information, assistance and process phone orders.
- Take phone or visitor messages and relay to appropriate individual as necessary.
- Greet visitors to our showroom, process rental orders and/or direct them to the appropriate individual or Outside Sales Team.
- Secure deposits and ensure final payment of invoices.
- Prepare event contracts and work orders using Town and Country computer software.
- Calendar Management; schedule meetings, appointments and site inspections for Outside Sales Team.
- Occasional Saturday showroom staffing.
- General office administration including making copies and organizing materials as requested.
- Establish and maintain permanent files; retrieve files as requested.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of event rental contracts, site diagrams and local event venues.
- Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone and e-mail communications, office systems, and record keeping.
- Knowledge of modern business communication, including style and format of letters, memoranda, minutes, and reports.
- Knowledge and flair for showroom displays, tabletop décor and in store organization.
- Skilled use of personal computer and various software packages.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Must be extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, resolve conflicts with minimal supervision.

Event Director:
Job summary: Responsible for development and maintenance of sales accounts in event rentals, while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
Report to: President or Vice President
Types of Events: Academy Awards Parties, Grammys, Super Bowl, Emmys, Golden Globes, Celebrity Events, Festivals, Cooperate Events, Private Parties, Weddings, Fundraisers, etc.

Credentials and Experience
- Minimum of two years prior sales within the Event Rental industry
- Extensive product knowledge of event rentals and installations
- CAD or free-hand diagram ability
- Proven and successful sales skills
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone etiquette
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Duties & Responsibilities
- Effectively acquire and develop new customers by direct contact.
- Ability to maintain and grow client relationships for long term account sales.
- Responsible for developing additional business through extraordinary customer service and rapport building, as well as managing existing client accounts.
- Prepare and execute customer sales orders.
- Involvement in creative aspects of event design.
- Fully involved in preproduction, production, installation and strike for events.
- Oversee and direct Town & Country event drivers and helpers for installation and strike.
- Anticipate potential problems and avert or handle them with decorum.
- Maintain required record keeping and reporting of all sales and service activities.
- Attend mandatory sales meetings and training sessions, as required.
- Compose and type routine correspondence and memoranda using Word processing software.
- Compose and respond to all correspondence (electronic, mail, phone) in a timely manner.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to safely manage installation crews of various sizes on different event sites.
- Extensive knowledge of Town & Country’s rental inventory.
- Familiarity with tent installation, electrical requirements for off-site locations.
- Thorough knowledge of city/county/state ordinances, restrictions, permits with relation to upcoming events.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in person with clients, coordinators, vendors, security and Town & Country personnel.
- Must be able to meet or exceed required sales goals, expectations and objectives.
- Ability to work on a team, yet be a self-starter in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate, orally and in writing, and make effective sales presentations with key decision makers within the event rental industry.
- Ability to analyze and creatively solve problems.
- At ease with conducting consultative sales calls.
- Ability to develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Event Rental community.
- Responsible for promoting Town & Country as a leader in Event Rentals.
- Making sales presentations to key prospects and costumers that positively influence the demand for company’s service.
- Possess superior organization skills and display excellent time management skills.
- Ability to measure and diagram event sites accurately, noting all obstacles, potential conflicts, zoning restrictions and requirements.
