Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, Tom Henneman began his career working with Australia's premier event rental company; Harry the Hirer. He worked predominantly in the private party division specializing in large world class events. Wanting to take his career to the next level, Tom decided to make a drastic change and move half way across the world.
After moving to Los Angeles, Tom discovered Town & Country Event Rentals and its notable reputation in the Los Angeles special event industry. Tom reached out to Richard LoGuercio, owner of T&C, to see if any opportunities would arise and the two hit it off instantly! The rest is rental history!

A: A nice detailed Diagram really helps to alleviate any guess work onsite. Rain Plans are also very beneficial.
Q: What do you like about Town & Country's company culture, vision, or values?
A: The thing that I love from the start is the camaraderie. We work in a stressful industry, but no one takes themselves too seriously and everyone is always ready for a laugh.
